The visa service fee to starvietnamvisa.com is for processing and arranging your Pre-approval Visa letter directly at the Vietnamese Immigration Department in Vietnam. With this Visa approval letter, you can get onboard your flight and use it to get your Vietnamese Visa Stamp (Visa on Arrival) when landing at any Vietnam International Airport.

Note: The approval letter is a leagal document. It is officially granted and issued by the Vietnam Immigration Dep., and confirmed that you are allowed to get the Vietnam Visa Stamp on your passport when arrived in Vietnam by air. It is not granted by the embassies, therefore it is guaranteed directly by the Vietnam Immigration Department (Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs).

Vietnam Visa Stamping Fee?

The visa stamping fee is the fee for issuing the visa stamp into your passport, when you arrived at Vietnam International Airports. To get your visa stamp (Visa on Arrival) on your passport, when you arrived at Vietnam International Airports, you have to pay the visa stamping fee in cash (USD or VND only) at the Immigration/Landing Visa Counter. The Vietnamese Immigration Dep. has increased all visa fee includes visa stamping fee in 2013. Read more below.

Notice of the new change about duration of 1 month multi visa, since December 2012. The new regulation by the Vietnamese Immigration Dep is that 1 month multi visa counts as 29 days only. 30 days or more is counted as 3 months visa. For single visa is still the same duration.

Updated new Stamping Fee from 1st of January 2013

Note: The Vietnam Immigration Dep. will increase the stamping fee from 2013:

  • 45 USD/person for 1-3 month single entry visa.
  • 65 USD/person for 1 month multiple entries visa.
  • 95 USD/person for more than 1 to 3 months multiple entries visa.
  • 135 USD/person for 6 months or more multiple entries.
The total price will still be cheaper than any embassies. We will still keep our service fee low. The Visa Stamping fee is regulated by the government and has been decided to be increase from 1st January 2013. Everyone who enter Vietnam from this date has to bring the visa stamping fee for 2013.

  2. Then contact us immidiately for further guidance on support@starvietnamvisa.com
  3. Receive the approval letter. Bring valid passport, passport photos, visa stamping fee and meet our staff when landing. Follow the approval-email.
  4. Pick Up Service. You have to meet our staff at the meeting/ information area (in front of the passport checkpoint), inside the airport, hand in your passport photos, passport and stamping fee, and get your visa stamp fast.
  5. Only 1 months Visa is available.

You will avoid the queue and have vastly reduced waiting time. It is very important that you find our staff with your name-sign, since we have to provide additional documentations for your visa towards the Landing visa-counter, if you apply visa during Holidays! This is an important step. We need your departure place, arrival date and time and also the flight number. Call our emergency hotline, if you cannot find our staff.

You can find the sign with your name at the meeting point, before the passport checkpoint. If there are any changes on flights or delays, you need to contact us immidiately by email support@starvietnamvisa.com or sms to our hotline +84 0 944933973 with your order number, and within 24h, or we may not be able to have staff ready for you at the airport.
